Associated Fees
A $400 one-time fee per pet and a $45 monthly pet rent per pet apply. We want to ensure complete transparency regarding all costs.

Weight Limits
We happily accept large dog breeds! To ensure a comfortable environment for all, dogs in our community must be under 100 lbs.

Breed Restrictions
We cannot permit any Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, or mixed breeds of these lineages.
