The Emerson offers a welcoming environment, featuring pet-friendly apartments for your cats and dogs. Please note that while we are a pet-friendly destination, we cannot accommodate Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, or Chows, including mixed breeds of these lineages.

  • Cats & Dogs Welcome (up to 2 per home)

  • Breed Restrictions Apply

  • One-Time $400 Fee Per Pet

  • $45 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet

  • Dog Weight Limit: 100 lbs.
