All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application. Occupants must be at least 18 years old to sign the Lease Agreement, and any occupant under 18 must be a dependent of the Lease Holder.

A non-refundable application fee is required to be paid with the submitted application(s). Fees are determined per community requirements and can be paid online.

We require a copy of your most recent ledger if you currently rent.

Please provide a copy of two current pay stubs, or a signed offer letter or contract. Applicants’ gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rental rate.

All applicants are evaluated on four criteria: - Credit - Verification of Residency - Criminal Background - Income Verification or Student Status Once we receive your documents, we can continue to the next step in the application process. Your apartment is not reserved until this process is completed, you have been approved, and you have signed your lease.
